1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. We will also notify you, either through the Services user interface, in an email notification, or through other reasonable means. Any such changes will become effective no earlier than fourteen (14) days after they are posted, except that changes addressing new functions of the Services or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Service after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

1. YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST Gosiri ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.

2. YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO SEEK RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

3. YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE ANY CLAIMS YOU HAVE AGAINST US RESOLVED BY A JURY OR IN A COURT OF LAW

In addition, when using certain services, you will be subject to any additional terms applicable to such services that may be posted on the Service from time to time, including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy. Access and Use of the Service

Service Overview: Gosiri is a platform designed for content creators ("Creators") to monetize their digital goods, content, and services ("Creator Content"). It enables Creators' fans and followers ("Customers") to purchase Creator Content using the Gosiri platform.

Platform Functionality: Gosiri facilitates transactions between Creators and Customers for the purchase and sale of Creator Content. However, Gosiri is not a party to these transactions, except for transactions involving the purchase of a license to use the Services. Gosiri does not own or create the Creator Content listed on the platform. It provides Creators with tools to manage their businesses efficiently, ensuring that Creator Content complies with applicable laws and regulations and is delivered accurately.

Registration Requirements: Users may need to register with Gosiri to access certain features. By registering, users agree to provide accurate information and maintain its accuracy. Users under 13 years old are not permitted to use the service, and those under 18 require parental or guardian approval.

Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords. They must promptly report any unauthorized use or security breaches to Gosiri.

Service Modifications Gosiri reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice. Users agree that Gosiri will not be liable for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations

General Practices and Limits: Gosiri may establish general practices and limits for the use of its service, including data retention and storage limits. It reserves the right to terminate inactive accounts and may change these practices and limits at its discretion.

Mobile Services: Gosiri offers mobile services, subject to users' wireless carriers' terms and fees. Users consent to receive communications from Gosiri via SMS or other electronic means. They agree to promptly update their account information if they change or deactivate their mobile numbers.

SMS/MMS/Text Service: By providing their phone numbers, users consent to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from Gosiri. Users may opt out of this service at any time. Standard message and data rates apply, and users should contact their mobile carriers for any related issues.—

Conditions of Use

User Responsibilities: Users are accountable for all materials ("Materials") they upload, post, publish, or display on Gosiri. Prohibited actions include uploading Materials that infringe intellectual property rights, contain viruses, or violate laws. Users must not disrupt the service or contravene any laws or regulations.

Anti-Spam Compliance Users are required to adhere to India's Information Technology (Spam) Regulations, 2021, when sending commercial electronic messages through Gosiri. Non-compliance with these regulations may result in Gosiri seeking indemnification against any resulting damages.

Permissions Required by Creators

In accordance with Indian law and Gosiri's policies, Creators must acquire all essential licenses, permits, and authorizations ("Permissions") prior to offering Creator Content on the platform. They must diligently adhere to applicable Indian laws and regulations, ensuring continuous compliance with Permissions throughout their utilization of the service. By utilizing Gosiri, Creators release the platform from any liabilities associated with Permissions and commit to indemnifying Gosiri against any claims resulting from a failure to obtain or maintain the required Permissions.

Indemnification

Creators commit to defending, indemnifying, and absolving Gosiri from any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from claims related to Permissions, in compliance with Indian laws. They are required to provide evidence of Permissions upon Gosiri's request.Let me know if you need any further revisions!

Creator Membership and Payment Plans

When you join Gosiri as a Creator, you'll pick a membership tier and pay an annual subscription fee of 9999-. By signing up, you agree to this yearly payment as outlined in our Terms of Service. Gosiri will bill your payment method annually in advance. It's worth noting that we don't offer recurring billing; the subscription fee is a one-time yearly charge. Any changes to membership prices and fees will be clearly communicated in our Payments and Fees section.

Creator Subscription Benefits

As a Creator on Gosiri, you'll unlock exclusive features and benefits when you sign up for an account or subscription. For detailed information about our subscriptions, including current benefits and monthly fees, please contact us at care.Gosiri@gmail.com. We may introduce different subscription tiers with varying fees, and access to benefits may change over time. Gosiri reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription benefits or access with prior notice. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms of Service, and we reserve the right to accept or refuse subscribers at our discretion.

General Terms Regarding Payment and Fees

To the extent that Gosiri's Service or any portion thereof is made available for a fee, you will be required to select a payment plan and provide information regarding your credit card or other payment instrument. You represent and warrant that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You must promptly update your account information with any changes (e.g., change in billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur.

You hereby authorize Gosiri to bill your payment instrument in advance on an annual basis in accordance with the terms of the applicable payment plan until you terminate your account, and you further agree to pay any charges so incurred. If you dispute any charges, you must notify Gosiri within sixty (60) days after the date that Gosiri charges you.

We reserve the right to change our prices. If we do change prices, we will provide notice of the change on the Site or via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

You are responsible for all taxes associated with the Services other than Indian taxes based on Gosiri’s net income. If all eligible payment methods we have on file are declined or your payment otherwise fails, we may immediately cancel or revoke your access to the Services. We may also contact you to request a new eligible payment method before your subscription is canceled. If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge. If you contact your bank or credit card company to decline or reverse the charge of fees, we may revoke your access to our Services in general.

Payment Processors

If you are billed by Gosiri, you will be required to provide information regarding your credit card or other payment instrument to our third-party payment processors ("Payment Processors"). Gosiri currently uses Razorpay (https://razorpay.com/) as its Payment Processors but reserves the right to change Payment Processors at any time. You will tender payment to the applicable Payment Processor, and fees for the Service will be processed by the applicable Payment Processor.

You are bound by the applicable Payment Processor's terms and conditions for the processing of payments, as they may be modified from time to time (collectively, the "Payment Processor Terms"). Information provided to any Payment Processor is governed by the applicable Payment Processor Terms. Razorpay's terms can be found at https://razorpay.com/terms/ and its privacy policy at https://razorpay.com/privacy/.Gosiri is not responsible for the performance of any Payment Processor, including Razorpay.

Special Notice for International Use; Export Controls

Software available in connection with Gosiri's Service, and the transmission of applicable data, is subject to Indian and United States export controls. You agree not to download or use the Software in violation of Indian and U.S. export laws. Downloading or using the Software is at your sole risk. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules and laws regarding your use of the Service, including online conduct and acceptable content.

Intellectual Property Rights

Service Content, Software, and Trademarks: You acknowledge and agree that the Service may contain content or features (“Service Content”) that are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Gosiri, you agree not to modify, copy, frame, scrape, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or the Service Content, in whole or in part. This restriction does not apply to your own User Content that you legally upload to the Service. You will not engage in or use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods in connection with your use of the Service. If you are blocked by Gosiri from accessing the Service (including by blocking your IP address), you agree not to implement any measures to circumvent such blocking (e.g., by masking your IP address or using a proxy IP address). Any use of the Service or the Service Content other than as specifically authorized herein is strictly prohibited. The technology and software underlying the Service or distributed in connection therewith are the property of Gosiri, our affiliates, and our partners (“Software”). You agree not to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Gosiri.

The Gosiri name and logos are trademarks and service marks of Gosiri (collectively the “Gosiri Trademarks”). Other company, product, and service names and logos used and displayed via the Service may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners who may or may not endorse, be affiliated with, or connected to Gosiri. Nothing in these Terms of Service or the Service should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of Gosiri Trademarks displayed on the Service, without our prior written permission in each instance. All goodwill generated from the use of Gosiri Trademarks will inure to our exclusive benefit.

Third Party Material

Under no circumstances will Gosiri be liable in any way for any content or materials of any third parties (including Creators and other users), including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any such content. You acknowledge that Gosiri does not pre-screen content, but that Gosiri and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, Gosiri and its designees will have the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or is deemed by Gosiri, in its sole discretion, to be otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.

The Copyright Amendment Act, 2012 has been enacted by the Government of India bringing changes to the Copyright Act, 1957. The amendments make Indian copyright law compliant with the Internet Treaties, WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT) and WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty (WPPT).

License to Materials Transmitted Through the Service

With respect to the Materials you upload to Gosiri, you represent and warrant that you own all rights, titles, and interests in and to such Materials, including all copyrights and rights of publicity. By uploading any Materials, you grant Gosiri and its affiliated companies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to copy, display, upload, perform, distribute, store, modify, and otherwise use your Materials in connection with the operation of the Service. This includes, with the exception of Creator Content, the promotion, advertising, or marketing of the Service, in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed.

You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information about the Service ("Submissions") provided by you to Gosiri are non-confidential. Gosiri will be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

You acknowledge and agree that Gosiri may preserve and disclose Materials if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal processes, applicable laws, or government requests; (b) enforce these Terms of Service; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Gosiri, its users, and the public.

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Materials, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks, and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Copyright Complaints

Gosiri respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please notify Gosiri of your infringement claim by following the procedure outlined below.

Notification of Claimed Copyright Infringement

To report alleged copyright infringement, email Gosiri’s Copyright Agent at care@Gosiri.com with the subject line: “Copyright Infringement Notice.” You can also contact us by mail at:

Your notification must be in writing and include the following information:

- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.- A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service, with enough detail that we may find it on the Service.

Your physical or electronic signature.

- Identification of the Materials that have been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the Materials appeared before they were removed or disabled.

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the Materials were removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a counter-notice, Gosiri will send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party, informing that person that the removed content may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed Materials may be replaced or access to them restored 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your Materials were removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to the Copyright Agent. Your counter-notice must include the following information:

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with applicable law, Gosiri has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Gosiri's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Gosiri may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the memberships of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Third Party Websites

The Gosiri service may include links or provide access to other websites and resources on the Internet (including those offered by Creators). Gosiri has no control over these external sites and resources and does not endorse them. You acknowledge and agree that Gosiri is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, events, goods, or services available on or through such sites or resources. Any dealings you have with third parties (including transactions between Customers and Creators) found while using the Service are solely between you and the third party. Gosiri is not liable for any loss or claim that you may have against any such third party.

Social Networking Services

You may log in to the Gosiri service via various online third-party services, such as social media and social networking platforms like Facebook or Twitter ("Social Networking Services"). By logging in or directly integrating these services into Gosiri, we enhance your online experiences to be more personalized. To use these features, you may need to authenticate, register, or log into Social Networking Services on their respective websites. As part of this integration, Social Networking Services will provide Gosiri with access to certain information that you have shared with them. Gosiri will use, store, and disclose this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For more information about the implications of enabling these Social Networking Services and Gosiri’s use, storage, and disclosure of related information (including your friend lists and other data), please see our Privacy Policy. However, the manner in which Social Networking Services use, store, and disclose your information is governed solely by their policies, and Gosiri is not liable for the privacy practices or actions of any third party site or service that may be enabled within the Service.

Furthermore, Gosiri is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of any information, content, goods, data, opinions, advice, or statements made available in connection with Social Networking Services. Gosiri is not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such Social Networking Services. These features are provided merely for convenience, and the inclusion of such features does not imply an endorsement or recommendation by Gosiri.

Indemnity and Release

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold Gosiri and its affiliates, including their officers, employees, directors, and agents (collectively, “Indemnitees”), harmless from any and all losses, damages, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), rights, claims, actions of any kind, and injury (including death) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, any User Content, your connection to the Service, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another. However, you will have no obligation to indemnify or hold harmless any Indemnitee from any liability, losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of any action or inaction of such Indemnitee. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction that provides a comparable statute or doctrine to Section 13 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, you waive that statute or doctrine.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Gosiri EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Gosiri MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT Gosiri WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF Gosiri HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, RESULTING FROM: (I) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION, OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (IV) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL Gosiri’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID Gosiri IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU OR BE ENFORCEABLE WITH RESPECT TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE OR WITH THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE.

IF YOU ARE A USER FROM INDIA, THE FOREGOING SECTIONS TITLED "DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES" AND "LIMITATION OF LIABILITY" ARE INTENDED TO BE ONLY AS BROAD AS IS PERMITTED UNDER THE LAWS OF INDIA. IF ANY PORTION OF THESE SECTIONS IS HELD TO BE INVALID UNDER THE LAWS OF INDIA, THE INVALIDITY OF SUCH PORTION SHALL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY OF THE REMAINING PORTIONS OF THE APPLICABLE SECTIONS.

*Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

a. Agreement to Arbitrate

This Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration section is referred to in this Terms of Service as the “Arbitration Agreement.” You agree that any and all disputes or claims that have arisen or may arise between you and Gosiri, whether arising out of or relating to this Terms of Service (including any alleged breach thereof), the Services, any advertising, or any aspect of the relationship or transactions between us, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than a court, in accordance with the terms of this Arbitration Agreement, except that you may assert individual claims in small claims court, if your claims qualify. Further, this Arbitration Agreement does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of national, state, or local agencies, and such agencies can, if the law allows, seek relief against us on your behalf. You agree that, by entering into this Terms of Service, you and Gosiri are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. Your rights will be determined by a neutral arbitrator, not a judge or jury. The Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement.

b. Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief

YOU AND Gosiri AGREE THAT EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. UNLESS BOTH YOU AND Gosiri AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S OR PARTY’S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CLASS PROCEEDING. ALSO, THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ONLY IN FAVOR OF THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE RELIEF NECESSITATED BY THAT PARTY’S INDIVIDUAL CLAIM(S), EXCEPT THAT YOU MAY PURSUE A CLAIM FOR AND THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD PUBLIC INJUNCTIVE RELIEF UNDER APPLICABLE LAW TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED FOR THE ENFORCEABILITY OF THIS PROVISION.

c. Pre-Arbitration Dispute Resolution

Gosiri is committed to resolving disputes amicably and efficiently. Most concerns can be addressed promptly by contacting customer support at support@Gosiri.com. If initial attempts fail, the party seeking arbitration must first send a written Notice of Dispute to the other party by certified mail. The Notice to Gosiri should be sent to [Address]. This Notice must outline the nature of the claim and the relief sought. If the dispute remains unresolved for sixty (60) calendar days after receiving the Notice, either party may initiate arbitration. During arbitration, settlement offers shall not be disclosed to the arbitrator until after determining entitlement.

# User Disputes

You accept sole responsibility for any interactions or disputes with other users of the Service, including disputes between Customers and Creators. Stan bears no liability or responsibility for such disputes. While Stan reserves the right to intervene in disputes, it is not obligated to do so.

- Additional terms and conditions may apply when using affiliate or third-party services, content, or software.

- The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

- Any disputes not subject to arbitration are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [appropriate jurisdiction in India].

- Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Automatic Renewal

Upon signing up for Gosiri's Creator Membership at a flat rate of 9999 (approximately 110 USD) per annum, there are no automatic renewal plans in place. You will be charged the specified amount annually without the need for renewal. Should you wish to discontinue your membership, you can simply opt out before the next billing cycle.General Terms Regarding Payment and Fees

For any paid features on Gosiri, you must select a payment plan and provide accurate payment information. By doing so,you authorize Gosiri to bill your payment method in advance periodically until you terminate your account. It's your responsibility to update your account information promptly with any changes. If you dispute any charges, you must inform Gosiri within sixty (60) days of the charge date. We reserve the right to adjust prices and will provide notice of any changes at least 30 days in advance.Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new amount. You are responsible for all taxes associated with the Services, except those based on Gosiri's net income.Failure to pay fees may result in the cancellation of your access to the Services. If your payment method fails, we may contact you to provide a new method before canceling your subscription. If a new payment method is successfully charged, your membership period will be based on the original renewal date. Attempting to reverse charges may result in the revocation of access to our Services.

General Terms Regarding Payment and Fees

When utilizing Gosiri's paid services, you'll need to select a payment plan and provide accurate payment information, such as your credit card details, in accordance with Indian laws. By doing so, you confirm that the provided information is true and that you're authorized to use the payment instrument. It's your responsibility to promptly update any changes to your account information, like billing address or credit card expiration date.

You authorize Gosiri to charge your payment instrument in advance periodically, as per the terms of the selected payment plan, until you decide to terminate your account. If you dispute any charges, you must notify Gosiri within sixty (60) days from the date of the charge. Gosiri reserves the right to adjust prices, with notice provided at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the updated amount.

You're responsible for any taxes associated with the services, excluding taxes based on Gosiri's net income. If your payment methods are declined or fail, Gosiri may cancel your access to the services or request you to provide an alternative payment method. If you provide a new payment method and are successfully charged, your membership period will be based on the original renewal date.

Payment Processors

If you're billed by Gosiri, you'll need to provide payment information to our third-party payment processors ("Payment Processors"), in compliance with Indian laws. Currently, Gosiri uses Razorpay as its Payment Processor but reserves the right to change them. You'll make payments to the applicable Payment Processor, and fees for the service will be processed accordingly. You're bound by the Payment Processor's terms and conditions, which may be modified by the Payment Processor over time.

Special Notice for International Use; Export Controls

Software and data transmission associated with Gosiri's service are subject to Indian export controls. You agree not to download or use the Software in violation of Indian export laws. Additionally, you agree to comply with all local rules and laws regarding your use of the service, including online conduct and acceptable content, recognizing the global nature of the Internet.
